Before you book

• The tour guide will meet you at Battery Park and will be with you for 30 minutes for your pre-orientation tour and escort you to the ferry.
• Audio tours are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Russian and Arabic.
• Family friendly audio tours designed for children ages 6-10 are also available in the same languages.
• A mandatory airport grade security screening is conducted prior to boarding the ferry. This means no open containers, alcohol, weapons, large bags, luggage or scooters are allowed.
• Minors (17 or under) must be accompanied by an adult (25+)
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for exploring Liberty Island and Ellis Island.
• Foldable wheelchairs can be used on this tour, but you will be required to walk onto the bus.
• December 2024 – Due to construction, priority boarding is temporarily suspended
